Changes After Its Construction:
  • The mosque was built on a cellar during the reign of Bayezid II.
  • It was damaged in the İshak Paşa fire on June 3, 1912 and became unusable.
  • The mosque, which remained in ruins for a long time, was repaired with the contributions of
    the public.
  • In 1962, the portico, which was previously wooden, was rebuilt with reinforced concrete.

  • Also known as the “Nahilbent Mosque”.
  • It has a rectangular plan and the interior measures 16.60 mx 10.60 m.
  • It is a masonry structure with walls made of rubble stone and arches made of brick.
  • It has a roof covered with tiles.

  • The mosque, which has a wide loge, has a narthex with five intervals.
  • Its single-balcony minaret was built using one row of cut stone and one row of brick.
