- Changes after its construction
It was completely burned in the Cihangir Fire in 1941, and only its mihrab remained standing.
In 1990, its reconstruction began with the support of the Beyoğlu Mufti’s Office and the Turkish Diyanet Foundation.
It was rebuilt in accordance with the original and opened for worship in March 1991.

The person who had it built was Ekmekçibaşı Ali Agha, a member of the Nimelceyş, the soldiers who participated in the Conquest of Istanbul.
It was built on a total land of 200 m². It has a closed area of 150 m² and a worship capacity of 200 people.
It has a single-balcony minaret.
It has a modern reinforced concrete structure, but it has been rebuilt in accordance with the original by covering the outside with wood.
