Hocaali Mosque
Changes After Its Construction:
- It was previously built as a masjid and later changed into a mosque.
- It has undergone various repairs over time.
- The Mihrişah Kadın Fountain next to it still exists today. The cistern of the fountain is currently used by the fire department.
Prominent Features:
- It was built upon a land of 195 m².
- It has a wooden roof and walls are made of masonry.
- It has a single-balcony minaret built of bricks.
- The courtyard wall is made of stone material.
- The grave of Admral Hoca Ali Efendi, who had the mosque built, is located in the graveyard of the mosque.
- The Mihrişah Kadın Fountain, located next to the mosque, is located at the corner of the courtyard wall.
- Some historical elements from the past are still preserved in the mosque courtyard.
