- Changes after its construction
  • Its minbar was built by Safiye Hanım, the daughter of Kazabadlı Osman Efendi, who died after being dismissed from the Kaaba.
  • It was destroyed in the great fire that occurred in 1918.
  • In 1955, with the help of the public, it was rebuilt with a reinforced concrete flat ceiling and a narthex was added.
