The school continued its education in temporary locations after the wooden school building burned down in a fire in 1918; it moved to its current historical building, which was completed in 1935.
The campus was used under the name Paşakapısı Middle School in 1938, and its function as a middle school continued for a long time.
The structure transitioned to the function of a high school under the name Üsküdar High School in 1970; it produced its first graduates in 1973.
The name of the school became Burhan Felek High School in 1983.
Since 2013, the institution was used respectively with the statuses of vocational high school of commerce and multi-program high school; it has continued its activities under the name Burhan Felek Anatolian High School since 12 June 2015.
