Boarding use ended in 1991.
The construction of the reinforced concrete masonry Block B took place in 1964.
The entrance door in the recessed area on the south facade was closed in later years.

The structure is also known by the names Göztepe Mekteb-i İbtidaisi (Primary School), Göztepe Boarding Primary School, and Göztepe Primary Education School.
The building consists of three stories, including the basement, and has a rectangular plan layout.
The ground floor windows of the structure have pointed arches; the upper floor windows are rectangular; there is an emphasis on the central axis on the entrance facade.
The campus consists of three buildings; Block A is a masonry structure, Block C functions as a dining hall, and the main structure contains a conference hall.
