The building was constructed as Zihnipaşa’s Hunting Pavilion; it acquired the function of a Primary School in 1904.
The building belongs to the General Directorate of Foundations and was allocated for use in education.
The institution was opened for education on 29 August 1968 as “Zihnipaşa Practical Girls’ Vocational School (Evening Girls’ Vocational School).”
The institution was converted to the status of a Public Education Centre on 30 November 2012.
