Changes After Construction:
  • The structure was damaged by fire and was repaired in 1968.
  • The restoration implementation began with the site handover on 24 November 2023.
  • In the restoration, the weakened load-bearing elements were strengthened; some walls were dismantled and rebuilt.
  • The upper covering, which had disappeared over time, was rebuilt as a timber sitting roof.
  • The ground floor was covered with a volta floor system; hexagonal şeşhane bricks were laid over it.
  • The door, window, and ceiling joinery were newly manufactured in timber in accordance with the approved project.
  • The restoration works were completed as of March 2025.
