- The rectangular plan layout of the building has been preserved.

- The building is also known as the Elhac Süleyman Halife Sıbyan Mektebi (Primary School).
- The building is dated to the Tulip Period (reign of Ahmed III).
- A fountain dated 1728–1729 (A.H. 1141) is located within the building.
- Birdhouse examples are situated on the facades of the building.
