Changes After Construction:
  • Kasapbaşı Halil had the mosque built in 1547.
  • The 1915 fire completely destroyed the structure.
  • In the excavation carried out in 2007, the remains of the structure were uncovered.
  • The revival work was carried out in 2012, and the mosque was reopened for worship in 2013.
