In 1925, after the dervish lodges and zawiyas were closed, its status changed from masjid to mosque.

The interior of the mosque is decorated with Ottoman calligraphy, and there are verses on the mihrab.
There are a total of 3 graves in the graveyard, belonging to Kamile Hanım, the daughter of Ismail Efendi, one of the sheikhs of Abdüsselam Lodge, and an unknown person.
The second benefactor of the mosque is Şerefnur Hanım, this information is included in the mosque inscriptions.
Wooden details bear traces of historical Ottoman mosque architecture.
