- Changes after its construction
  • Over time it has undergone many repairs and renovations.
  • It was repaired by Abdul Hamid II in 1891.
  • The narthex was added later.
- Prominent Features
  • It is also known as Etyemez Mosque.
  • It is a square-plan, masonry building with a wooden roof covered with tiles.
  • There are two long windows on each wall.
  • The single-balcony minaret on the right is made entirely of cut stone and is original.
  • Inside there is a maqsurah on the right side and a chamber on the left side.
  • The women’s gallery is accessed via a staircase from the maqsurah.
  • The graves of Sheikh of Sadi Dervish Lodge Ahmed Muhtar Kesbi Efendi and Sheikh Mehmed Said Efendi are also located in the cemetery.
  • Its mihrab is made of marble, while its minbar, preacher’s pulpit and ceiling are made of wood.
