  • The building was constructed in 1902 as Arnavutköy Greek School next to Aya Strati Taxiarchoi Greek Orthodox Church.
  • In reports prepared at the end of the First World War, it was recorded as a two-storey stone building with 12 rooms and a large garden.
  • It underwent a major renovation in 1947, and the wooden ground floor was rebuilt in masonry.
Prominent Features:
  • Arnavutköy Greek School, which educated only male students until 1925, was closed in 2010 upon the application of the Greek community itself.
  • Today, it serves as the Boğaziçi University Alumni Association Curious Children’s School.
