Changes After Construction:
  • The complex was completed after the death of its founder in 1553, and the inscription date is 963/1555–56.
  • The madrasa units underwent repairs in different periods.
  • The upper covering of the madrasa rooms was enclosed with a roof in a later period.
  • The portico arrangement of the courtyard was altered; the original condition was damaged because the fronts of the madrasa rooms were enclosed with metal joinery.
  • Restoration works were carried out in the courtyard and the madrasa rooms in the period 1972–1974.
