  • It was repaired in 1958 and 1977.
  • It was repaired by Nizamettin Akdağ in 1994.
- Prominent features
  • Its minbar was placed by the Darüssaâde (House of Felicity) Agha Beşir Agha.
  • It has a square plan, walls are made of stone, and the roof is wooden. The roof is covered with wood and tiles. The minbar and the preacher’s pulpit and ceiling are also wooden.
  • The mosque has a narthex added later in front of the entrance door and a women’s gallery on two concrete pillars. Its single-balcony minaret made of brick is on the right side of the courtyard.
  • Its mihrab is made of marble. Since the death date of Hoca Gıyaseddin, who was buried in front of the mihrab, is shown as 1517 on his tombstone, it is understood that the work was made at a date before that.
  • It is also known as “Mehmed Paşa Mosque”.
