In 1957, the mosque was demolished and added to the road.
A new mosque bearing the same name was built later.
In 2015, the mosque graveyard was registered as a cultural asset and taken underprotection.

It was built by Neslişah Sultan as a small social complex consisting of a mosque, aschool, a fountain, a fountain, a well and a harem.
