This notice has been prepared by the Istanbul Governorship in its capacity as the data controller, pursuant to Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the Law) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.
Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, data subjects have certain rights regarding their personal data. These rights can be exercised by submitting a formal request to the Istanbul Governorship’s correspondence address, in accordance with the relevant legal procedures.
