Changes After Construction

  1. The mosque, which burned down in the Cibali fire, was renovated by Koca Mimar Mehmed Agha and a minaret was added.

  2. The mosque, which was in a shabby and dilapidated state and was used as a blacksmith and blacksmith shop, was revived after 1965.

  3. The narthex was added in 1980.
