- Changes after its construction
  • Its minaret was added in 1797-98.
  • It is stated in some sources that it was repaired in 1898.
  • It underwent extensive repairs by the Foundations Administration in 1948.
- Prominent Features
  • It is also known among the public as Maçka Tekke, Maçka Mosque and Şabani Tekke.
  • It was built on a total area of 347 m² and has an interior space of 232 m². It is a rectangular planned building with a wooden and tiled roof.
  • It has a single-balcony brick minaret, and the marble balcony railings have star reliefs.
  • On the west side, it is entered through a double-winged wooden door from a small garden.
  • Under the narthex, descending by stone stairs, is the tomb of Şenlik Dede.
  • The women’s gallery is made of wood and is located above the narthex.
  • The Harim section has a rectangular plan and its walls are painted with light blue oil paint.
  • The windows have wooden frames, iron bars and are large in size.
  • The mihrab is in the form of a semi-cylindrical protrusion on the exterior and is covered with tiles.
  • There are paintings on the ceiling and above the windows with the names of the Rashidun caliphs written on them.
