Changes after its construction
- It underwent repairs in 1824 and 1895.
- It was repaired in 1950, and an additional section was added to the left side.
- In the following years, additional sections were built on the right side.
- The minaret has a single balcony, and its base has been reinforced with concrete in recent years.
Prominent features
- The mihrab is covered with tiles.
- The minbar and preacher’s pulpit are made of wood.
- Thanks to the expanded building blocks, it has reached its current square-shaped plan form.
- Although there is no detailed information about its courtyard or exterior, simple architectural elements reflecting the period are noticeable.
