It suffered a fire and was renovated in 1893, according to the inscription on the door.
The restorations were not carried out to the original state of the mosque.
The exterior is covered with plaster, has a hipped roof and spiked eaves.

It is also known as the Yahya Kethüda Mosque and Pazaryeri Memi Mosque.
It was built on a total land of 350 m², the area of the mosque is 150 m².
Its walls are made of masonry and brick, and its roof is wooden.
It has a single-balcony minaret.
The tomb of its founder, Yahya Efendi, is located in its courtyard.
There is a vaulted room supported by four marble columns in the north direction.
The rectangular narthex is reached through a section with glass added to it.
The gallery is accessed via stairs from the narthex.
The inner sanctuary of the mosque is decorated with medallions and has a rectangular plan.
