Ahmediye Ottoman Primary School
Changes After Construction:
- The structure was damaged by fire in 1865.
- The structure was rebuilt in 1872 by Osman Efendi.
Prominent Features:
- It is also known as Ahmediye School and Ahmediye Mosque Sıbyan School.
- The fevkani classroom has an octagonal plan.
- The classroom is covered with a single dome.
- There is a stone-paved courtyard and a portico arrangement in front of it.
- The exterior facade is of cut stone; there are wooden windows on the lower row and clerestory windows above.
