Changes After Construction:
  • The complex was damaged in the fires of 1718 and 1782, and the earthquakes of 1755 and 1894.
  • Various repairs were carried out by Rahmiye Hanım in 1755, and in the years 1940, 1957–1958, and 1960.
  • A museum arrangement was made in the complex in 1966.
  • The complex to which the school is affiliated is currently used as the Foundations Museum of Turkish Construction and Art Works.
