Changes After Construction

  1. There is a record of a repair permit dated 1830; it has been considered that the repair date mentioned in the inscriptions refers to this permit date.

  2. A vaulted space was identified in the north nave inside the building; a marble chancel screen fragment dated to the 5th century was recorded in the church.

  3. The Ayios Yeorgios Andifoniti holy spring, associated with the church complex, is recorded in Balat.
