Changes After Construction:
The earthquake of 28 June 1648 caused damage in some parts of the complex, including the madrasa section.
There is a record of repairs in 1766–1767 following the fire of 1718 and the earthquake of 1766.
Today, the structure is used as a study and event space under the name “Medrese Davutpaşa.”
Prominent Features:
It is the madrasa structure of the Davud Pasha Complex.
It has an arrangement of 16 cells around a porticoed courtyard and a large domed classroom at the center.
Baroque-style painted decorations are seen at the entrances.
The madrasa structure is positioned as the second part of the complex, separated from the mosque section by a street.
