The building was constructed in 1932 by the Construction Department of the Ministry of Education as Eyüp 36th Primary School.
The structure, which was also used for a period by the District Directorate of National Education in 1986, underwent a comprehensive restoration in 2016 to achieve its current form.
The campus, built as a three-story school on a 500 m² area within a 1200 m² garden, has undergone changes over time due to additions and interventions.
Prominent Features:
The school, which operated for many years under the name Eyüp Merkez Primary School, continues its function today as Eyüpsultan Merkez Middle School.
The symmetrical entrance façade, with a triple-window arrangement within a flattened arch, is constructed in reinforced concrete.
