Kamile Şerife Hanım

She was the wife of Yusuf Şetvan Bey, who served as a deputy in the Ottoman Chamber of Deputies between 1908 and 1912 and later worked in Teşkilat-ı Mahsusa, the Ottoman intelligence organization, during the First World War.

Her father was Sheikh Sayyid Cevad Efendi, one of the leading figures of the Berzenciyye, one of the major Iraqi branches of the Qadiriyya Order, and, like Kamile Şerife Hanım, buried in the Fatih Mosque Cemetery.
