Fatma Şerife Hanım is the mother of Hacı Muhiddin Paşa, a retired Ferik rank holder (Corps General) from the Ministry of Factories. It is understood from the tomb inscription that she came from a noble family and carried the title of “Şerife”.
His son Muhiddin Paşa served as the Minister of Feshane-i Amire (Ministry in charge of the official clothing and uniforms) in 1894 and donated some of his personal belongings to the Feshane Museum.

The front facade is completely covered with marble.
The tomb was turned into an open tomb by being limited by walls taken from two tombs.
It is an open-topped structure accessed by four steps.
There are motifs of the Kelime-i Tevhid (“There is no god but Allah, Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah”) written on the iron gate and the windows of the mosque.
There are two marble coffins inside. The one on the right belongs to Fatma Şerife Hanım.
