Fatma Sultan is the daughter of Hümaşah Sultan, the daughter of Şehzade Mehmet, the son of Suleiman the Magnificent, and Ferhat Paşa.
She married Mustafa Paşazade Mehmet Bey, the Beylerbeyi of Şehr-i Zar. She died in 1588.
She is one of the distinguished ladies of the Ottoman dynasty, a palace sultan whose lineage goes back to Suleiman the Magnificent. She is buried in the same tomb with her husband Mehmet Bey.

It was built in the baldachin style (the top is covered and supported by legs and columns, while the sides are open) with open tomb architecture.
The columns at the four corners taper upwards and have diamond-shaped capitals.
The columns are connected by pointed arches
It has a plastered dome sitting on an octagonal drum.
The sarcophagi inside the tomb are made of marble and are decorated with floral motifs such as rosettes, tulips, carnations and hyacinths.
There are borders made of lotus-palmette series on the sides of the sarcophagus.
The entrance door is made of solid marble and is on the west side.
The tomb is surrounded by spear-tipped metal railings
