Changes After Construction

  1. The school began its educational activities in the 1927-1928 academic year and produced its first graduates in 1932-1933.

  2. At the time it opened, the school was known as "35th School / Kadıköy 35th Primary School"; in documents dated 1938 and 1940, it is observed that the school's name changed to "Gazi School."

  3. In the 1992-1993 academic year, the school transitioned to "Boarding Primary School" status and continued in this status until the 2000-2001 academic year.

  4. As of the 1997-1998 academic year, the 8-year education system was implemented; during this period, the phrase "Study and Nutrition" was used in the institution's name.

  5. The structure is evaluated in sources among the early Republican period school buildings that have survived to the present day while largely preserving their originality.
