Changes After Construction
The building was constructed as a mansion by Mabeyinci Faik Bey in the late 19th century.
The mansion was used as lodging during the period when it belonged to the foundations, and was later transferred to the school for the hearing impaired.
The building underwent repair in 2008.
After 2008, the building was used for special education purposes through different institutional uses.
The school was opened on 8 April 2016 under its present name.
