Changes After Construction
After the earthquake measuring 6.2 on 23 April 2025, inspections revealed cracks and plaster detachment in the building; the school building was deemed at risk and evacuated.
Post-earthquake assessment indicated that restoration and structural strengthening of the building were appropriate.
Due to seismic strengthening, school services are temporarily conducted at Fatih 29 Mayıs Primary School.

The building is one of the ten schools planned to be constructed in the Historical Peninsula as part of the 10th anniversary celebrations of the Republic.
