Changes After Construction
It was built in 1901 by the Mayor of Odessa and merchant Grigoris Maraslis.
The school, which also functioned as a social center for the Greek community, closed down after the number of students dropped to 10.
The historical structure, which underwent a comprehensive restoration process in 2021, is currently used for various events.
Featured Highlights
The structure was also referred to as Patriarhiki Astiki Sholi Marasli among Greek citizens.
There is a columnar entrance arrangement at the entry of the structure resembling Greek temples.
The school is not in use today.
