Changes After Construction:
  • About 30 years after its construction, the surroundings of the structure acquired the character of a cemetery.
  • In the 1970s, the structure burned.
  • In 1995, it was restored within the scope of the Eyüp Sultan Mosque and Surroundings Conservation Project.
  • Today, the structure is used as the “Eyüp Sultan Youth Scout Group Clubhouse.”
