Changes After Construction

  1. About 30 years after its construction, the surroundings of the structure acquired the character of a cemetery.

  2. In the 1970s, the structure burned.

  3. In 1995, it was restored within the scope of the Eyüp Sultan Mosque and Surroundings Conservation Project.

  4. Today, the structure is used as the “Eyüp Sultan Youth Scout Group Clubhouse.”
