Changes After Construction

  1. It underwent extensive restoration in 2005-2006; during this process, it lost some of its originality. A cultural center was also added to the mosque during the restoration.

  2. While it had a squat minaret with white plaster before the restoration, a new minaret with brickwork and a muqarnas balcony was built with the restoration.
