Changes After Its Construction:
According to traditional accounts, it is said to have been first built in 1441 by the military unit in the region.
It was built in 1782 by the Grand Admiral Cezayirli Hasan Pasha.
It was restored by the local people in 1991.
Today, it belongs to the Directorate General of Foundations.
Prominent Features:
It has a single minaret and a single balcony.
The interior of the mosque is completely covered with tiles with the nightingale pattern.
The upper walls are decorated with Ottoman hand-carved work.
There are motifs from the Ottoman period on the ceiling.
