Featured Highlights
The tomb is located within a courtyard alongside the Şah Huban Hatun Sıbyan Mektebi.
It is small, modest, octagonal in plan, and covered with a single dome.
The exterior reflects the refined stonework typical of classical Ottoman tomb architecture.
Although it now sits below current street level, it remains well-maintained.
The adjacent madrasa once included two domed classrooms; the student cells have not survived.
The portico and columns were reconstructed during modern restoration, faithfully replicating the originals.
Together with its madrasa, Şah Huban Hatun’s tomb forms a quiet but significant historical site in the Fatih district.
