In 1785 (Hijri 1200), Sheikh Kâmil Seyyid Mustafa bin es-Seyyid Ali Efendi repaired the lodge.
In 1884 (Hijri 1302), the lodge underwent repairs during the reign of Abdülhamid II.
After the closure of the dervish lodges and zawiyas, the buildings were damaged; in 1940, the Directorate of Foundations had the tevhidhane demolished, and some of the other sections disappeared over time.
In 2015, Üsküdar Municipality restored the lodge and reopened the structure for use.
