Changes After Construction
The building was used as a residence in the 1920s.
The building remained unused for a long period and fell into a dilapidated condition.
The basement level was filled with rubble in the 1970s due to surrounding construction; during the restoration process, it was cleared and brought back down to its original level.
Restoration works were initiated in November 2023 in line with projects approved by the Conservation Board.
During the restoration, it was determined that the building had no foundation; a well foundation system was implemented at the original level.
The dome was reinforced internally and externally with carbon fiber material to increase rigidity.

The building is two-story.
Its wall masonry is in the alternating stone-and-brick technique.
The upper covering includes a dome and a vaulted roof structure.
The entrance is through the low-arched doorway at the chamfered northeastern corner.
The inscription gives the date A.H. 1175 / 1761–62; the section containing the inscription is covered with cement plaster.
