Changes After Construction

  1. The building was used as a residence in the 1920s.

  2. The building remained unused for a long period and fell into a dilapidated condition.

  3. The basement level was filled with rubble in the 1970s due to surrounding construction; during the restoration process, it was cleared and brought back down to its original level.

  4. Restoration works were initiated in November 2023 in line with projects approved by the Conservation Board.

  5. During the restoration, it was determined that the building had no foundation; a well foundation system was implemented at the original level.
