Changes After Construction
The building was constructed as a chapel in 1847.
As the wooden chapel/church became insufficient, work on a new church was initiated.
The wooden church was removed in 1882; in its place, a larger masonry church was rebuilt and opened for worship in 1885.
The building was registered on 8 September 1978.
