Changes After Construction

  1. The church was renewed in 1846.

  2. In 1890, the building was temporarily closed because of the danger of collapse.

  3. The church and the surrounding complex were rebuilt in masonry in 1895 and were opened for worship during the period of Madteos İzmirliyan.

  4. The building was reopened for worship in 2025.
