Changes After Construction
The earlier church built on the same site in 1849 was destroyed by fire; the present building was rebuilt in 1876.
The building was reopened for worship in 1895.
The church underwent a major renovation in 1950.
After a fire in 1972, it was repaired again; in 1986, it was restored from the foundation and reopened for worship.
The most recent repair was carried out in 2006, and the church was reopened for worship.
