Changes After Construction:
  • The church was rebuilt in masonry in 1886 at a cost of 15,000 kuruş; the ceiling and roof were also renewed.
  • In the 1894 earthquake, the walls of the church, the priest’s residence, and its dome collapsed.
  • With the philanthropy of Apraham Pasha Yeramyan, it was repaired in 1927 and the bell tower was built.
  • The church underwent its most recent restoration with the support of the Küpelyan Family.
