Changes After Construction:
  • After the first structure dated 1826, the church was rebuilt in 1843.
  • The repair was completed in 2000; it was consecrated and opened for worship by Patriarch Mesrob II.
  • The Patriarch Karekin Kazancıyan Hall was created in the entrance section.
  • During the construction of this hall, the gravestones in the garden were moved to the church entrance and arranged.
