It was renovated by the residents of the neighborhood in 1992.
It was rebuilt in reinforced concrete while preserving the traditional architecture.

It is also known as Tepeköy Hacı Ali Bey Mosque.
It has one large minaret and four smaller minarets on the sides and has a single balcony.
There are mosaic stone columns on the right and left sides of the interior.
The walls and the mihrab are covered with patterned stones.
Its upper windows are decorated with stained glass.
